What You Will Contribute To OHM Advisors

In a Municipal Engineer role at OHM Advisors, you will:

• Prepare and manage scope, schedule, and budget for proposals and contracts.
• Coach and manage staff development, sub-consultants, and expenses during project implementation.
• Effectively communicate project goals, alternatives, recommendations, and outcomes to the project team, client, and public (memos, reports, presentations, etc.).
• Anticipate project issues, including advising the client on alternatives and providing recommendations for solving issues.
• Timely and accurate completion of OHM and sub-consultant invoices and collections.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Experience: 5 years' experience with maintenance of traffic design, traffic control and utility coordination.
• Experience: Experience involving municipal streets and utilities and/or roadway/highway design.
• Technical Skills: Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
• Technical Skills: Experience with MDOT ProjectWise and design criteria and manuals.

Qualifications

We are looking for a Municipal Engineer who:

• Has a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Has 5 years of experience with maintenance of traffic design, traffic control and utility coordination.
• Has experience involving municipal streets and utilities and/or roadway/highway design.
• Is proficient in AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
• Is familiar with MDOT ProjectWise and design criteria and manuals.

Skills
