About The Role
We are seeking a Founding Director, Workforce Intelligence Research to help support and expand the Workforce Intelligence Lab (WIL). This is a part-time, strategic leadership role focused on helping build the operational and institutional foundation of WIL as the initiative grows.
Requirements
- Help coordinate and support the WIL fellowship ecosystem
- Aid with workforce intelligence publication and reporting workflows
- Identify relevant grant, partnership, and workforce initiative opportunities
- Support workforce intelligence research coordination and contributor organization
- Afford university and institutional outreach efforts
- Establish scalable operational research processes and documentation systems
- Contribute strategic guidance around workforce intelligence initiatives and institutional growth
- Support the long-term development of WIL as a workforce intelligence and workforce planning initiative
