. Possibly combine Requirements and Qualifications? The posting has "Experience & Background:" which could be Requirements/Qualifications. Also "Core Competencies:" could be Skills. Also "Our Success Mindset" maybe part of Skills or culture but we can include under Skills or maybe as separate but not required. We'll map: - About the role: overview/mission paragraph. - Responsibilities: daily business bullet list. - Requirements: Experience & Background bullet list (3+ years etc.) - Qualifications: maybe same as Requirements? Could combine but we need separate if content distinct. Could treat Requirements as experience, Qualifications as education? Not present. Might skip Qualifications if no distinct content. But rule: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. If we don't have distinct qualifications, we could omit Qualifications. However we have "Experience & Background:" which is more like requirements. Could treat that as Requirements and Qualifications omitted. But we also have "Core Competencies:" which could be Skills. Also "Our Success Mindset" maybe part of Skills or culture but we could include under Skills as bullet points. Benefits: "Growing together - what you can expect at voize" includes stock options, vacation days, sick days, public holidays, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, short-term & long-term disability, life insurance, 401(k). Also mention open collaborative culture, regular team events from NY Hub. So we can list benefits. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits. We need to use- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like travel estimate 2-3 weeks per month, groups of 10-15 caregivers, etc. We need to avoid boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The text includes repeated sections (the posting duplicated). We need to deduplicate. Let's extract content. First part: OverviewApplication 🎤 Why voize? Because we’re more than just a job!
