About the role

At voize, we believe the greatest gift to frontline workers is time - time to care, connect, and be present. Today, that time is lost to busywork and complex systems that pull them away from what matters most: people. Our vision is to change that by building AI companions that seamlessly take over digital workflows. We don’t replace humans with technology - we amplify their impact. Our mission is backed with a $50M Series A funding led by Balderton Capital, with support from HV Capital, Y Combinator and other leading VCs. Today, 2,000+ facilities trust voize, and over 200,000 users rely on our AI companion to ease their daily workload. As a dynamic team, we combine first-in-class technology with meaningful social impact. And now, we’re looking for you to join us on this mission!

Responsibilities

  • Lead in-person training sessions for new customer deployments, training groups of health care providers (mostly Nurses and CNAs).
  • Partner with our Customer Success team to ensure training readiness and to bridge adoption through our Hypercare follow-up cadence.
  • Refine training materials and playbooks for the US market and for individual customers as needed.
  • Travel to customer sites (estimated 2-3 weeks per month, depending on deployment schedule) to deliver on-site training and support go-live activities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and our German training team to optimize training approach and share insights.
  • Measure and report on training effectiveness, using adoption metrics and feedback to continuously improve our approach.

Requirements

  • Comfort with travel (2‑3 weeks per month) to customer sites across the US.

Skills

  • Data‑driven mindset, using adoption metrics, feedback, and outcomes to refine training approach.
  • Flexibility and problem‑solving, comfortable navigating the unique challenges of different care settings (legacy EHRs, limited IT infrastructure, etc.).
  • Ownership mentality, driving training success with minimal scaffolding in a startup environment.
  • Proactive problem‑solver, finding ways to make training work in imperfect conditions (unreliable WiFi, tight scheduling, language barriers, etc.).
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced environment, iterating quickly on training content and delivery approach.
  • Takes ownership of outcomes, holding yourself accountable for adoption and customer success.
  • Team player, collaborating cross‑functionally and supporting colleagues while bringing your own judgment to the work.
  • Leads with empathy, understanding that training is often the first real touch customers have with voize—you set the tone.
