Role

You will own AIUC's customer co-marketing and content engine, transforming our certified customers into compelling proof points, stories, and thought leadership that build enterprise trust. This role involves packaging demand into impactful narratives and driving the next phase of growth.

  • Work directly with AIUC founders and certified companies to craft their stories, emphasizing why they chose to certify and how it enhances enterprise trust.
  • Create case studies, customer social campaigns, joint webinars, and partner co-marketing initiatives.
  • Draft founder and company thought leadership in the AIUC voice, ensuring consistency and trustworthiness.
  • Owning the marketing calendar, sequencing announcements and content, and running experiments on channels, formats, and messaging.
  • Collaborate closely with sales to translate closed deals into compelling stories and narratives.

To be successful, we believe you should:

  • Write exceptionally well, translating complex ideas into structured, credible writing that resonates with enterprise decision-makers.
  • Have a deep understanding of what matters to security leaders and communicate it effectively in their language.
  • Be able to adopt and maintain a founder/company voice while maintaining a consistent brand of trust and positioning.
  • Have experience managing customer marketing end-to-end at a B2B SaaS or AI company, including case studies, customer advocacy, references, webinars, and organic content.
  • Have either founded or worked in a high-growth company at the founding-team level, or have extensive experience as a top-tier consultant delivering real-world results.

This is a high-agency operator role where you will work directly with the founders, coordinating with customers and agencies without formal authority and shipping projects.
