About the Role

Adisha Care is seeking a Founding BCBA to join our new, founder-led in-home ABA practice in New Jersey. As a key member of our team, you will provide hands-on therapy, design personalized treatment plans, and build lasting relationships with families. With intentionally small caseloads, you’ll have the opportunity to deliver deeply personalized care, extending seamlessly across each child’s life. This role also involves shaping the culture and standards of our practice as we expand across New Jersey and into Delaware.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on therapy to children in their homes, shaping milestones and fostering progress.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect each child’s unique needs and family goals.
• Collaborate closely with parents, educators, and specialists to ensure comprehensive care.
• Build and lead a team of clinicians as the practice grows, defining and upholding an elevated standard of ABA care.
• Serve as the primary clinician for families, fostering trust and lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience in providing ABA therapy, preferably in a home-based setting.
• Strong commitment to personalized, family-centered care.
• Ability to work independently and manage small caseloads effectively.
• Passion for shaping the culture and standards of a growing practice.
