As our Founding Account Manager

  • Owning the post-sale relationship with the most innovative AI and enterprise software companies building on Dealops
  • Ensuring customers are successful, sticky, and growing
  • Writing the playbook for onboarding, QBRs, and expansion
  • Partnering directly with the CEO and GTM lead to define world-class account management
  • Building the foundation for how we retain and grow revenue as we scale

What you'll own

  • Build the AM playbook: Codify what works, onboarding flows, expansion triggers, health scoring, renewal motions, into repeatable systems the team will scale on.
  • Deepen customer relationships: Become the trusted advisor to Heads of Pricing, RevOps, and Finance leaders.
  • Run QBRs, executive check-ins, and health reviews that keep Dealops embedded in how they operate.
  • Drive expansion: Identify whitespace across usage, teams, and use cases. Build the upsell and cross-sell motion that grows accounts from first contract to enterprise-wide deployment.
  • Collaborate deeply: Work hand-in-hand with GTM, Product, and Engineering to close expansion deals, resolve issues fast, and turn customer feedback into roadmap bets.

What Makes You a Fit

  • 3–5 years in a client-facing role such as Account Management, Customer Success, or post-sale ownership at a fast-growing B2B SaaS or AI startup
  • Proven track record owning retention and expansion, carrying a renewal or NRR/quota number and hitting it
  • Experience growing mid-market or enterprise accounts and navigating multi-stakeholder relationships across RevOps, Finance, and Sales
  • Exceptional business intuition and the ability to connect product capabilities to customer outcomes
  • Excited by the ambiguity and pace of early-stage environments; you thrive when building from zero
