Founding Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
• Generate and manage your own outbound pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, and strategic prospecting
• Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations
• Manage pilots through successful conversion to long-term customers
• Attend industry conferences and events to generate pipeline and build relationships
• Partner closely with leadership to refine messaging, processes, and sales strategy

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of sales experience with a strong SDR/BDR and Account Executive foundation
• Proven history of exceeding quota and driving revenue growth
• Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation experience
• Experience managing deals from initial outreach through close
• Hunter mentality with a passion for creating opportunities rather than waiting for them
• Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls and operating in an activity-driven environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to help build a company at an early stage
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
