Responsibilities
- Build relationships with banking executives across the country, while building awareness of Glide’s brand.
- Source new opportunities through a combination of in-person and virtual strategies, being the first point of contact for all new leads.
- Drive the sales process through lead identification, outreach, qualification, and nurturing.
- Help Glide become an established brand by attending conferences, hosting events, visiting prospects, and pitching at competitions.
- Build and refine the sales processes from the ground up, including vetting and implementing sales tools.
- Negotiate and close large, strategic accounts alongside the founders.
Requirements
- 2+ years of quota-driven sales experience selling to enterprises.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with modern sourcing, prospecting, and outreach tools.
- Strong product intuition and proven track record of understanding complex, technical products.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise SaaS business models.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience selling a fintech or financial services product.
- Previously built sales processes from the ground up at an early-stage startup.
- An entrepreneurial, self-starter spirit.
Pay
Compensation Range: $100K - $150K
