Founding Account Executive

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with banking executives across the country, while building awareness of Glide’s brand.
  • Source new opportunities through a combination of in-person and virtual strategies, being the first point of contact for all new leads.
  • Drive the sales process through lead identification, outreach, qualification, and nurturing.
  • Help Glide become an established brand by attending conferences, hosting events, visiting prospects, and pitching at competitions.
  • Build and refine the sales processes from the ground up, including vetting and implementing sales tools.
  • Negotiate and close large, strategic accounts alongside the founders.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of quota-driven sales experience selling to enterprises.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with modern sourcing, prospecting, and outreach tools.
  • Strong product intuition and proven track record of understanding complex, technical products.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise SaaS business models.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous experience selling a fintech or financial services product.
  • Previously built sales processes from the ground up at an early-stage startup.
  • An entrepreneurial, self-starter spirit.

Pay

Compensation Range: $100K - $150K
