About the role

Join our growing production team as a Crawl Space and Waterproofing Technician. We provide paid training and a clear career path for motivated individuals looking to build a hands-on career.

• Assist with foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, waterproofing, and concrete lifting projects.
• Work alongside experienced team members to safely complete residential repair projects.
• Operate hand and power tools while following company safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing HydroHelp911 professionally.
• Learn new installation techniques through hands-on training and coaching.
• Work efficiently with your crew to complete projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70+ pounds throughout the workday
• Comfortable working in crawl spaces and outdoor environments
• Reliable transportation to arrive at our shop by 6:45 AM
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening (excluding marijuana)
• Valid driver's license
• Construction experience is a plus—but no experience is required. We provide paid training!
