FOUNDATION REPAIR TECHNICIAN

What You’ll Do

  • Aid in the installation of foundation repair systems including helical piers, push piers, wall anchors, carbon fiber, sump pumps, and drainage systems.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as mini-excavators, jackhammers.
  • Operate in crawlspaces, basements, and exterior foundation areas.
  • Transport tools, materials, and debris.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain jobsite cleanliness.
  • Obey instructions from the foreman and collaborate effectively within a crew.
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and uphold company integrity.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in construction, concrete, waterproofing, or general labor is preferred but not required.
  • A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces and variable weather conditions.
  • Able to lift 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • A willingness to learn, follow instructions, and grow with the team.

Typical Schedule

  • Monday to Friday (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
  • Occasional Saturdays and travel.
  • Workday may extend beyond 5:00 PM seasonally.
