What You’ll Do
- Aid in the installation of foundation repair systems including helical piers, push piers, wall anchors, carbon fiber, sump pumps, and drainage systems.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as mini-excavators, jackhammers.
- Operate in crawlspaces, basements, and exterior foundation areas.
- Transport tools, materials, and debris.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain jobsite cleanliness.
- Obey instructions from the foreman and collaborate effectively within a crew.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and uphold company integrity.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in construction, concrete, waterproofing, or general labor is preferred but not required.
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and variable weather conditions.
- Able to lift 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A willingness to learn, follow instructions, and grow with the team.
Typical Schedule
- Monday to Friday (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
- Occasional Saturdays and travel.
- Workday may extend beyond 5:00 PM seasonally.
