Position Overview
Baird Foundation Repair is seeking a reliable Foundation Repair Helper to assist with installing systems that protect the safety and stability of our customers’ homes. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and wants to build a long-term career in the construction trade.
Responsibilities
- Assist with job site setup and cleanup
- Prepare tools and materials
- Ensure all equipment is properly loaded, organized, and ready for each project
- Earn a Pay Per Job Bonus Structure of $19–$26/hour or more based on performance
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to do physically demanding labor (digging, carrying, lifting, crawling, climbing, kneeling)
- Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, motor vehicle record and felony/misdemeanor background check
- Ability to travel 30% to 50% of the time

Pay
The Pay Per Job Bonus Structure ranges from $19–$26/hour or more based on performance.
Schedule
This is a Full-time position with the option to travel 30% to 50% of the time.
