Abortion Care

This role supports abortion care through direct clinical triage, patient education, and follow-up, ensuring timely and empathetic support to those navigating abortion services.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of 60-80 institutional funders, advancing relationships through prospecting, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship

• Develop and implement strategic fundraising plans aligned with organizational priorities

• Lead or coordinate the development of grant proposals, reports, budgets, and supporting materials

• Collaborate with program, finance, communications, and development teams to gather data and align funding opportunities

• Maintain strong funder relationships through ongoing communication and stewardship activities

• Track portfolio performance, manage deadlines, and ensure compliance with all funder requirements

• Maintain accurate records in fundraising systems and support portfolio analysis and reporting

Salary Range

$73,989.15 - $93,727.24

Covid-19 Protocol

• All Health Center/Patient or Community Facing Employees, must have the COVID vaccine or wear a mask at all times beginning November 1st.

Flu Protocol

• All employees working directly with patients, the community or working in a health center will be required to have the flu shot or wear a mask during patient/community contact or while in the health center from November 1 – April 30 each year (Flu Season).
