About the role
As a Foster Care Worker, you will support children and families to ensure children can safely thrive in their home environments. You’ll teach vital skills such as emotion regulation, building healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and effective communication. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with foster parents to provide training, licensing support, and guidance for them and the children in their care.

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in human services is required.
- Two years' experience in child and family services is preferred.

Pay
Average hourly rate for this position is $23.12 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.).
