Foster Care Worker
About the role
TFI Family Services is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Foster Care Worker to join our team. As a Foster Care Worker, you will work closely with children and families to ensure children can thrive safely in their home environments. You will teach skills such as emotion regulation, healthy communication, conflict resolution, and building healthy relationships. Additionally, you will support foster parents by helping train, license, and guide them in providing the best care for the children in their homes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field
- Two or more years of experience in the human services field
Predictive Index assessments assist hiring managers in determining if a candidate may be a good match for the position. Candidates are required to complete a Predictive Index assessment, which takes 5-7 minutes.
Pay
Average hourly rate: $23.25 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)
