Responsibilities
- Support children and families to ensure children can safely thrive in their home environments.
- Teach families vital skills such as emotion regulation, building healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and effective communication.
- Collaborate with foster parents to provide training, licensing support, and guidance for them and the children in their care.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in human services is required and two years' experience in child and family services preferred.
- Compassion, eagerness to learn, and a passion for advocating for children and families are essential.
