Teach families vital skills such as emotion regulation, building healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and effective communication. Collaborate with foster parents to provide training, licensing support, and guidance for them and the children in their care.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in human services is required.
• Two years' experience in child and family services preferred.
• Compassion, eagerness to learn, and a passion for advocating for children and families are essential.
