About the role
A Foster Care Worker provides support services to foster families and youth. This individual also establishes and maintains relationships with lead agencies, service providers, schools, and legal parties regarding the status, needs, and progress of the children in foster care.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human service field or a related field preferred but not required
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be accepted
- Compassionate and eager to learn
- Desire to make a difference and advocate for children and families
- Dedicated to developing healthy families and providing exceptional support and advocacy
