Foster Care Licensing Supervisor

About the role

The Foster Care Licensing Supervisor provides direct clinical and case management supervision to a team of case managers, licensing staff, training coordinators, administrative assistants, and/or placements staff. The Supervisor ensures that all ODJFS and Agency policies and procedures are implemented. The Supervisor may also provide direct services to foster children, foster parents, and biological parents.

Responsibilities

• Direct clinical and case management supervision to a team of case managers, licensing staff, training coordinators, administrative assistants, and/or placements staff.
• Ensure implementation of all ODJFS and Agency policies and procedures.
• May provide direct services to foster children, foster parents, and biological parents.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, or related field.
• Two years of relevant experience in Child Welfare or Mental Health.
• Active Ohio LSW, LPC, or MFT license.
• Adoption Assessor license.
• Active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
