Foster Care Driver
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport children to scheduled visits and appointments in our company van
- Maintain a supportive and professional environment during transportation
- Follow safety guidelines and confidentiality standards
- Communicate clearly with the team regarding schedules and updates
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- Six months of human services experience preferred
- Must be 21 years of age
- Educated/trained in mental health competencies
- Valid driver's license in good standing and car registration/auto insurance (if driving for company)
- A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
- Commitment to the company’s mission and values
- Exceptional communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly

We provide Residential and Treatment Foster Care services to youth who may be facing out-of-home placements, transitioning back into the family home or independent living alternatives, or involved in the juvenile justice system. Through our personalized programming, we help youth gain stability, comfort and confidence to overcome all challenges and live well.
