Foster Care Clinical Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and oversight to clinicians and case managers supporting children and youth in specialized foster care.
• Guide person-centered treatment planning and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Promote trauma-informed and strengths-based care approaches.
• Mentor staff, collaborate with families and community providers, and shape high-quality, community-based services.
• Support the development of a collaborative, inclusive culture and advance clinical leadership skills.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in clinical supervision, foster care, or related social services.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and trauma-informed care principles.
• Ability to foster a supportive environment for staff and clients, with a focus on community-based service delivery.
