How You'll Help Us Keep Climbing

(Overview & Key Responsibilities)

• Supports Flight Operations in hiring talented and qualified pilots.
• Works in teams to conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
• Interviews typically occur in Atlanta at the General Offices.
• Positions are part-time and require 3-8 days of work per month, which may include short notice assignments.

What You Need To Succeed

(Minimum Qualifications)

• Prioritizes safety and security.
• Holds a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ages 18 or older with authorization to work in the U.S.
• Has prior experience as a Delta Pilot.
• Embraces diversity and works effectively in a team setting.
• Communicates effectively and demonstrates strong work ethic and reliability.
• Maintains confidentiality regarding the pilot hiring process.

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge

• Broad knowledge of the aviation industry and various routes to becoming a pilot.
• Previous experience in leadership roles within or outside of Delta.
• Able to commit to the position for 1-2 years.
