FOS - Duty Pilot OCC/ACC, DPS

How You'll Help Us Keep Climbing

Key Responsibilities

• Serving as the day-to-day point of contact for pilots on operational issues
• Providing support to pilots during safety related events, flights that require MCC input, or conflict resolution
• Cooking cross-divisionally in the OCC/ACC for operational issues
• Connecting pilots with CPO and other departments for problem resolution
• Monitoring communication channels to mitigate operational impacts
• Analyzing flight schedules and coordinating with ACS to identify flights that will alter our operation
• Monitoring and assisting with DOT 3/4 compliance
• Assessing pushback delays for accuracy and identifying trends

What You Need To Succeed

• Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
• Embraces a diverse set of people, thinking and styles
• Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
• Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
• Previous Pilot required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Solid organizational and leadership skills
• Familiarity with Flight Operations infrastructure
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Solid computer skills including proficiency with Office 365 and other Delta/DPS software
• Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an attention to detail
