Forward Deployed Program Trainer

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Forward Deployed Program Trainer to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will shape and deliver technical onboarding and upskilling experiences for highly technical audiences across deployment and engineering tracks. The trainer will partner with technical leaders to translate competency frameworks into practical learning paths that improve readiness, capability, and adoption. The work will blend instructional design, facilitation, and curriculum development to support data integration and platform-focused learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain onboarding curriculum for technical and deployment tracks
• Create structured learning paths covering the company's platform and data integration
• Develop learning experiences in instructor-led and virtual formats
• Facilitate onboarding through live instruction and check-ins
• Deliver upskilling programs for experienced engineers and strategists
• Translate competency frameworks into measurable learning objectives
• Collaborate with technical leaders to identify skill gaps and enhance curriculum

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 2–5 years in technical enablement or instructional design
• Hands-on implementation experience with a data and analytics platform
• Experience delivering platform-specific curriculum
• Facilitation experience for technical onboarding programs
• Strong instructional design skills focused on competency-based learning
• Ability to engage with highly technical audiences

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
