The Role

Our clients present us with ambitious yet often vague goals—such as enhancing content moderation, improving customer service, unlocking new integrations, or automating workflows. Your mission is to transform these aspirations into AI-driven solutions that deliver tangible results in the real world. This role demands a blend of strategic vision, technical acumen, and hands-on execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the customer relationship end-to-end, acting as the primary strategic partner and day-to-day point of contact.

  • Shape the scope and objectives of projects, translating ambiguous business needs into clear problem statements and success metrics.

  • Drive the implementation of AI-powered solutions, ensuring they meet the client's needs and expectations.

  • Coordinate across various teams (engagement managers, product managers, delivery managers, operators) to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.

  • Help clients navigate the complexities of AI adoption, enabling them to leverage our solutions effectively.

  • Contribute insights to refine Fractional's approach and product offerings based on client feedback and experiences.

What You Bring

  • Customer-facing, high-stakes experience, handling projects under pressure with ambiguous goals and unclear paths.

  • Proven track record of building and shipping products with cross-functional teams, including engineers and designers.

  • Structured problem-solving and communication skills, able to distill complex issues into actionable plans.

  • Bias for action and ownership, willing to take initiative and drive projects through to completion.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and intensity, excelling in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

  • A strong bias towards using AI in your own workflow, even if not an expert in AI technology.
