Forward Deployed Product Manager

The Opportunity in a Nutshell

We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Product Manager to join our pod and lead the redesign of how AI shows up in your client's business. You'll work closely with the client to understand their workflow, define success metrics, and ship production-ready solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience as a senior Product Manager in a digital consultancy, product organization, or embedded-team environment.
• T-shaped skill profile: deep in product craft, dangerous in engineering and UX.
• Experience taking AI or ML solutions from concept into production.
• Strong executive presence and hands-on credibility.
• Ability to break ambiguous business problems into composable, shippable units of work.
• Outcome-obsessed: measure work by what changed for the user and the business.

What You Can Expect

• Embedded in a pod, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the client to learn their workflow.
• Ownership of the workflow, KPIs, and alignment with the executive sponsor.
• Clear definition of success metrics at the start of the engagement.
• Production progress every day, with work done in the client's stack.
• Collaboration with Valtech leadership and client's executive sponsors to clear the path in real time.
• Legal, compliance, architecture, risk, governance, internal politics oversight.
• Ownership of the framework that proves the solution works and keeps working after the pod rolls off.
• Transfer ownership to the domain expert by the end of the engagement.
• Surface the next opportunity from inside the work.
• Coach a domain expert into ownership.
