Forward Deployed Product Manager, AI Agent

For our client, we are seeking a Forward Deployed Product Manager, AI Agent to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role sits at the intersection of product, implementation, and customer success, with a focus on delivering AI agent solutions that create measurable value for enterprise customers. You will partner closely with technical teams and senior stakeholders to guide complex deployments from discovery through optimization. The position requires strong systems thinking, a hands-on approach, and the ability to translate customer needs into effective AI-driven outcomes in a fast-moving environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $170,000 – $280,000 annually Responsibilities Own the outcomes of AI agents, focusing on driving key metrics and value for customers. Manage the complete deployment lifecycle of AI agents, from scoping to post-launch optimization. Design, build, test, and iterate AI agents with forward deployed engineers to maximize ROI. Act as the primary point of contact for customer relationships related to AI agents, facilitating effective communication. Lead workshops and design sessions with stakeholders to define use cases and success criteria, while gathering constructive feedback. Collaborate closely with forward deployed engineers to ensure seamless implementation and contribute to platform enhancements. Enhance development and deployment playbooks for AI agents. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Technology Consulting, Implementations, Product, or Customer Success roles with AI or LLM products. Hands-on work style with a proactive approach to identify needs and resolve issues swiftly. Experience leading complex deployments and managing relationships with senior customer stakeholders. Strong technical knowledge and systems thinking, with experience building AI agents. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.
