As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll be the technical spearhead for key accounts. This isn't a pure delivery role; you'll own the hands-on implementation of the product deep inside customer environments, acting as their primary technical partner. You'll lead complex deployments, then feed your learnings directly back into the product roadmap and documentation. You'll manage multiple relationships, balance competing priorities, and have genuine influence over the product's evolution. The work Lead end-to-end technical deployments of complex API tooling within customer environments.Dive deep into customer APIs and SDKs, identifying integration points and solving intricate technical challenges.Act as the primary technical partner for key accounts, guiding them from initial implementation to full adoption.Translate customer insights and deployment challenges directly into product improvements and documentation updates.Influence the product roadmap by identifying recurring pain points and opportunities for new features. What You Bring 6-8+ years of hands-on back-end or API engineering experience.Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., founding engineer, solutions engineer, technical founder).Ability to lead complex technical deployments and navigate customer API ecosystems independently.Strong customer empathy, translating business goals into pragmatic technical solutions.High ownership and autonomy; you thrive in an async-first environment managing multiple priorities.
