Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role focused on post-sales customer engagement. You will embed with client teams to understand their operations and implement tailored solutions that optimize workflows.

About the role

• Directly impact customer operations by transforming weeks of work into hours through tailored solution implementation.
• Bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
• Influence product development by feeding field insights and patterns back into the product loop.

Responsibilities

• Shadow customer teams to understand their workflows and decision logic.
• Build and deploy agents customized to each customer’s specific systems.
• Present sharp, tailored demos that resonate with customer workflows.
• Own implementation and delivery throughout the post-sales lifecycle.
• Shape the product by bringing field patterns back into development.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical worlds.
• Strong customer-facing ability.
• Solid technical foundation to understand and optimize implementations.
• Comfort with ambiguity and creativity in problem-solving.
• Business-outcome mindset.
• Ability to work in person most of the week.

Pay

$180,000 - $250,000 per year
