As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Commure, you'll play a crucial role in collaborating directly with healthcare clients, understanding their needs, and actively participating in the design and implementation of customized solutions. Responsibilities
- Be willing to travel up to 35% of the time to client sites, build on-site, and demo.
- Participate in the implementation process, aiding in the integration of our solutions into client settings.
- Provide technical assistance and contribute to problem-solving during deployment and integration phases.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare clients to understand their technology needs, compliance requirements, and patient care goals.
- Support our development and engineering teams in crafting tailored solutions for the healthcare industry.
- Identify and address technical challenges encountered during project implementation.
- Aid in creating and updating technical documentation to streamline client onboarding and system maintenance.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in healthcare technology and regulations to help propose relevant solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 1+ years of professional experience in software engineering or a similar role
- Foundational knowledge of full-stack engineering principles and system design
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, React, and SQL
- Experience building 0-1 products
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities
- Eagerness to collaborate and ability to engage confidently with clients
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, client-focused healthcare environment
