What You Will Do

• Partner with internal functional leaders and subject matter experts to identify high-friction processes and high-value opportunities to redesign how work gets done using AI.
• Rapidly prototype, ship, and iterate agent workflows that drive measurable improvements in speed, quality, or efficiency.
• Build trust with non-technical stakeholders through clear communication, demos, and practical enablement.
• Design and maintain evaluation and feedback loops (e.g., LangChain-based evals) to assess quality, reliability, and safety.
• Capture what works and turn it into reusable patterns, playbooks, templates, and internal tooling.
• Surface insights from field work to inform broader AI strategy, product direction, and organizational design.
• Model strong engineering hygiene: documentation, versioning, monitoring, and continuous iteration.

Who You Are

• You have a bias toward action: you’d rather build, test, and learn than wait for perfect clarity.
• You enjoy being a fresh set of eyes inside complex organizations and questioning “the way we’ve always done it.”
• You’re comfortable working with non-technical partners who may be cautious or less knowledgeable about AI, and know how to meet them where they are.
• You balance creativity and pragmatism: bold ideas, grounded execution.
