About the role

To support our growth in North America and accelerate our technological evolution, Numberly is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer - AI & Data Analyst for an initial 6/12-month period in Paris, followed by an 18-month VIE assignment in New York (Brooklyn office). At the intersection of Marketing, Data Engineering, Clean Rooms, and AI, you will act as a conductor for major data projects, unlocking the value of our clients' and their partners' data while driving AI transformation and process automation. Responsibilities

  • Lead Data Collaboration projects for our North American clients in an international environment, ensuring the accurate translation of US business needs into concrete technical solutions.
  • Data Activation: Create high-potential business audience segments and conduct custom analyses via the adtech ecosystem (AMC, LiveRamp, Meta) to maximize campaign performance.
  • Analyze current marketing and data workflows to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and automation through AI.
  • Reinvent Numberly’s future processes to be natively designed for execution or assistance by automated systems and AI agents.

Requirements

  • Eligible for a VIE contract (citizen of the European Economic Area, aged 18 to 28 at the start of the mission).
  • Graduated from a top engineering school or university with a Master’s degree in Data, Computer Science, or Technology Management.
  • First successful experience (internship, apprenticeship, or permanent position) in data project management with strong analytical skills.
  • Passionate about AI and automation; regularly work with LLMs, understand agentic and multi-agent architectures, and know how to make applications and APIs communicate.
  • Experience with Skill creation, MCP, and building agentic processes.
  • "Think & Do" approach: enjoy testing tools, creating, learning from mistakes, and designing innovative architectures.
  • Fluency in English (written and oral) is essential for working with North American clients.

  • SQL, Spark, Python, DAX
  • Tracking and campaign management tools
