Forward Deployed Engineer (AI Capability Center) - CANADA

For our client, we are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (AI Capability Center) - CANADA to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will help build and refine AI-enabled capabilities that support business users through practical, full-stack solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate design direction into working functionality while identifying gaps and improving delivery quality. The position blends software engineering, AI development, and hands-on collaboration in a remote environment. You will contribute to a centralized AI-focused team serving internal and business-facing needs across the organization. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $115,000 – $140,000 annually Responsibilities Build features using full-stack technologies on AWS and Azure Collaborate closely with business users on a daily basis Conduct tests and evaluations to ensure high quality of deliverables Follow design direction from the Solution Architect and identify design gaps Qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience in software or AI development Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AWS or Azure Experience with RAG and agentic DevOps tooling Front-end development skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Participation in wellness programs Eligibility for annual incentive compensation program Remote work flexibility Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
