About the role

Join a high-growth AI startup building critical infrastructure for modern engineering teams. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will bridge the gap between sales and engineering by leading technical deployments, designing complex proof-of-concepts, and shipping production code. You will be the technical voice of the customer, ensuring successful adoption across enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to lead technical discovery and design bespoke proof-of-concepts for complex enterprise engineering environments.
• Build and maintain production-ready reference implementations while navigating critical security and compliance diligence for large-scale software deployments.
• Act as the technical voice of the customer, translating complex requirements into core features while shipping code against real customer stacks.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and extensive experience with modern Git workflows and automated CI/CD pipeline management.
• Professional experience in software or DevOps engineering with a deep understanding of enterprise identity systems like SSO and SAML.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead technical discovery calls and translate vague customer needs into functional software solutions.
