Forklift Warehouse Operator 1st Shift

Responsibilities
- Perform warehouse functions such as loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
- Auditing, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks
- Dealing with day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading)
- Providing technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during peak production hours
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience
- Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Ability to work within a diverse work environment
- Highly thorough and dependable
- Punctual and good attendance record
- Possesses a high degree of initiative
- Demonstrates accuracy, even under pressure
- Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Work using health and safety methods
- Available to work on a flexible schedule on various shifts
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, one (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred, valid Forklift Operator's License certified, strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently and as a member of a team, ability to work within a diverse work environment, highly thorough and dependable, punctual and good attendance record, possesses a high degree of initiative, demonstrates accuracy, even under pressure, ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs, ability to stand for long periods of time, works using health and safety methods, available to work on a flexible schedule on various shifts, detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices.
Skills
Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, ability to handle paperwork, and proficiency with automated packing systems.

Pay
Hourly Pay: $17.25 per hour
Overtime Pay: $25.88 per hour
Schedule
Day shift (2-2-3 schedule) rotating weekdays and weekends from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm
