About the role

Forklifts Group is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This position offers a competitive salary range from $36.00 to $40.00 per hour, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose & Repair: Troubleshoot and perform repairs on various forklift models to ensure optimal performance.
• Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to keep our fleet running smoothly and safely.
• Safety First: Adhere to all safety protocols and promote a culture of safety within the workplace.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with staff to coordinate repairs and minimize downtime.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance schedules.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven 5 years experience as a forklift technician or similar role; familiarity with electrical and hydraulic systems is a plus.
• Problem-Solving Skills: A knack for troubleshooting and a can-do attitude that tackles challenges head-on.
• Team Spirit: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Customer Service: Be friendly, courteous, and approachable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• First aid certification.
