Forklift Operator I

About the Role

This position involves ensuring accurate handling, storage, and shipment of finished products in a warehouse environment. The role emphasizes safety compliance, including forklift operation, PPE usage, and hazard communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely shipping and proper handling of products
• Record and store finished goods accurately
• Check in trucks and prepare products for shipping
• Follow warehouse and safety procedures
• Maintain safety standards and communicate unsafe conditions
• Participate in inventory accuracy and cycle counting
• Support on-time deliveries and warehouse inspections

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in warehousing, manufacturing, or distribution preferred
• Forklift/Clamp Truck experience preferred
• Strong safety awareness and quality focus
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform manual tasks

Physical & Safety Requirements
