About the role
The Forklift Operator is responsible for managing pick tickets, reading and verifying product details, and packing orders. They also operate forklifts and other equipment to transport and load products.
Responsibilities
- Manage pick tickets and read pick labels to ensure accuracy
- Obtain and repack products from bins
- Pack orders, including shrink wrapping contents onto pallets
- Operate forklifts and other powered equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow both written and verbal instructions and use math and related skills
- Work independently and maintain a clean, safe work environment
Requirements
- Broad knowledge of distribution center functions
- Able to operate forklifts and other powered equipment safely and efficiently
- Ability to work alone and follow detailed instructions
- Familiarity with product by catalog number and handling characteristics
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly
- Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Experience operating forklifts and other powered equipment
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety protocols
Skills
- Physical stamina and strength
- Attention to detail
- Computer literacy (for scanning and tracking orders)
- Ability to work independently and under pressure

Pay
The hourly rate for this position is $24.00 - $24.00. This is the lowest to highest hourly rate we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The hourly rate offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and in compliance with local wage requirements.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours to accommodate shifts and tasks.
