Forklift Operator - 2nd Shift - kdc/one Columbus

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) including turret trucks and Raymond reach lifts.
• Unload incoming deliveries, stock materials, and track movements with handheld scanners or SAP.
• Pick up materials and components for production runs.
• Move unused or finished goods to inventory with accuracy and care.
• Complete PIT safety and maintenance checklists daily and report any issues immediately.
• Assist with cycle counts, quarterly audits, and year‑end inventory checks.
• Load outbound trucks to fulfill customer orders on time and in full.
• Support and mentor new forklift drivers when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Raymond reach truck experience (required).
• Prior experience operating PIT equipment in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work around motorized equipment all day.
