Forklift Operator – 1st Shift

About the role

Join our team in Coatesville, PA as a Material Handler / Sit-Down Forklift Operator. You’ll move raw lumber, finished wood products, and large materials throughout our manufacturing facility and outdoor yard, keeping production running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move lumber and finished products throughout the plant and yard.
• Load and unload trailers and other incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Supply production lines with materials and transport finished products for shipping.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and follow all safety procedures.
• Work as part of a team to keep operations running efficiently.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of sit-down forklift experience.
• Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor industrial environments.
• Safety-minded, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and climb on and off equipment throughout the shift.
• Must be able to work 10-12 hours per day, perform manual labor, and lift 40 pounds on a regular basis.
• Must be able to commute to Coatesville, PA.

Schedule
