Forklift Mechanic

About the role

Diagnose, repair, and maintain forklifts and material-handling equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on various forklift types.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct inspections to ensure equipment safety and compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in forklift mechanics or similar.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills; familiarity with hydraulic, electrical systems, and engines.
• Own basic hand tools; relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, ASE) are a plus.
• Commitment to safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment.
