Forklift Field Service Technician
for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should only include sections that have real specific content. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Click the link to apply..." etc. Also remove EEO statement. Also remove "Other Opportunities" maybe? It's not a standard heading but could be considered "Other Opportunities". The instruction says use headings from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we can also use other headings? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies those are examples; we can use other headings if needed? Probably we should stick to those headings where appropriate. The posting includes Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits (they list benefits), maybe Skills (they list language, math, reasoning). Also they mention Pay? Not explicit wages: "Competitive wages" but no specific numbers. According to rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. They state "Competitive wages" (that's pay) and "Paid time off", "Paid holidays", "Outstanding benefits package offering Dental, Vision, and 100% employer paid Medical insurance premiums, plus much more!)401(k) with match". Also "Company van (parked at home each day)Company fuel cardCompany paid cell phoneTool insurance". So we have benefits and pay info. Schedule: "This position is first shift, M - F, and hourly (no flat rate!)." So schedule info present. So we can include Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections.
We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to include details about company van, fuel card, cell phone, tool insurance, PTO, holidays, benefits, 401(k) match, competitive wages, company uniforms provided.
Also responsibilities list.
Qualifications list: two years forklift repair experience highly desired, includes military MOS codes, previous field experience preferable, strong working knowledge of electric and liquid propane units, excellent mechanical aptitude, possess own tools, clean driving record and valid driver's license, computer programs - HYPASS, Hyster TKC training software and Yale/Hyster contact management system, Language Skills - Intermediate..., Mathematical Skills - Basic..., Reasoning Ability - Intermediate..., etc.
Physical Demands/Work Environment: we could put under a section maybe "Physical Demands/Work Environment" but not in allowed headings. Could we treat as "Requirements"? Possibly. The instruction says use headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we could put physical demands under Requirements. Or we could create a separate heading but not in list; maybe better to put under Requirements.
Also "About Alta Culture" maybe could be "About the role"? Actually "About Alta Culture" is about company culture. Could fit under "About the role"? Might be okay. But we need to avoid duplication. The intro paragraph about company could be under "About the role". The "What We Look For" could be under Skills? Or maybe under Qualifications? It's about cultural fit. Could be under "About the role" as well. But we need to preserve all info. We could create sections: About the role (intro + culture + what we look for), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills (language, math, reasoning), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Also maybe Requirements (physical demands). Let's decide.
We need to avoid creating sections with filler. Ensure each heading has substantive content.
Let's extract content:
Intro: "Come work for the largest equipment dealer in North America! Are you a Technician/Mechanic with auto, diesel, agricultural, material handling, lift truck or heavy equipment repair experience? If so, then we want you on our team! Technicians are at the backbone of our organization; therefore, we provide them with the tools and resources to be successful: Company van (parked at home each day)Company fuel cardCompany paid cell phoneTool insurancePaid time offPaid holidaysOutstanding benefits package offering Dental, Vision, and 100% employer paid Medical insurance premiums, plus much more!)401(k) with matchCompetitive wagesCompany uniforms provided"
That's a run-on but we can parse.
Responsibilities: list as given.
Qualifications: list as given.
Skills: language, math, reasoning.
Physical Demands/Work Environment: details.
Benefits: company van, fuel card, cell phone, tool insurance, PTO, holidays, benefits package (Dental, Vision, 100% employer paid Medical), 401(k) match, company uniforms.
Pay: Competitive wages.
Schedule: first shift, M-F, hourly.
Also "About Alta Culture" and "What We Look For" could be part of About the role.
We must not include boilerplate: EEO statement, "Other Opportunities", "Click the link to apply", "Voted a “Top Work Place USA”" maybe okay as it's substantive? It's about culture; could stay under About the role. But "Other Opportunities" is not needed.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown.
We'll produce something like:
About the role
