Forklift Associate - Direct Hire - Full/Part-Time

Forklift Associate position in Fairless Hills, PA with full-time and part-time shifts available.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll work safely in a fast-paced environment, handling loading and unloading trucks, managing inventory, and contributing to warehouse efficiency. Your role will include receiving merchandise, verifying shipments, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Dependability, quick decision-making, and a proactive mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
• Load, unload, and stage shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Ensure safety and cleanliness in the warehouse
• Support continuous process improvements

Requirements

• 3–5 years of warehouse and forklift experience
• Valid forklift certification (current and expiring no later than 03/2027)
• Ability to lift/move up to 40 pounds regularly
• Reliable transportation and dependable work ethic
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience operating equipment such as sit-down, reach, and clamp trucks

$19.00–$23.00/hour (depending on experience)

Schedule

Shifts available from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Sunday (multiple shifts available).
