Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator - Full Time

About the role

We are seeking Warehouse Associates to support inventory movement and safety compliance in a food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Picking items using FIFO procedures for work orders and shipments
• Following allergen control policies during handling and transportation
• Completing barcode transactions and performing cycle counts for inventory accuracy
• Conducting GMP and food safety audits, reporting discrepancies
• Inspecting powered industrial trucks and submitting repair needs
• Loading and unloading raw materials and finished goods safely
• Participating in recycling and waste disposal activities
• Addressing food safety and quality issues promptly

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in food manufacturing and warehouse operations
• Proficiency with powered industrial trucks, warehouse management systems, and ERP systems (preferably JDE)
• Physical ability to lift up to 55 pounds, work in various environmental conditions, and perform movement-intensive tasks
