Warehouse Associate - Full Time

Responsibilities

• Monitor temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment to ensure quality.
• Update inventory records, transaction logs, and shipment documentation for traceability.
• Identify and route damaged or non-conforming materials following proper procedures.
• Coordinate material movement using approved warehouse equipment for safety and efficiency.
• Prepare packaging and shipment areas to facilitate timely outbound activities.
• Escalate handling or inventory issues for prompt resolution.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required; supply chain certification preferred.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, or inventory control.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, cold chain handling, and shipment documentation.
• Ability to follow procedures, maintain accurate records, and handle temperature-sensitive materials.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy.

Compensation ranges from $37,752 to $56,650.
