Forest House Pool & Gym Attendant

Responsibilities

• Aid in daily cleaning of the pool and spa deck, fitness center, and storage area.
• Cater to the needs and special requests of all owners and guests.
• Oversees safety procedures at the top and bottom of the water slide.
• Function alone and as an effective team member.
• Perform opening and closing duties of the Forest House Pool and Fitness Center facility.
• Maintain care, maintenance, and cleanliness of the pool area and fitness center and locker rooms.
• May include cleaning the men’s and women’s locker rooms including shower stalls, toilets, and urinals, mirrors, sinks, counter tops, and floors if needed.
• Replace towels, toiletry amenities, shower soaps, etc.
• Clean and sanitize exercise equipment.
• Keep towel inventory folded and available for guests.
• Enforce pool rules in a polite and professional manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least one year customer service experience preferred.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Prior pool/spa experience preferred.

• Highly detailed orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective and interactive communication with guests and associates.
• Red Cross/CPR Certified (SRLP will provide training).
