Forest House Pool & Gym Attendant

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude towards all owners and guests
• Aid in daily cleaning of the pool and spa deck, fitness center, and storage area
• Cater to the needs and special requests of all owners and guests
• Oversees safety procedures at the top and bottom of the water slide
• Function alone and as an effective team member
• Perform opening and closing duties of the Forest House Pool and Fitness Center facility
• Take care, maintain, and keep the pool area and fitness center and locker rooms clean and tidy
• Keep towel inventory folded and available for guests
• Enforce pool rules in a polite and professional manner

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least one year customer service experience preferred
• Prior hospitality experience preferred
• Prior pool/spa experience preferred
• Strong computer skills
• Highly detailed orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to deal effectively and interact well with guests and associates
• Red Cross/CPR Certified (SRLP will provide training)
