Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude towards all owners and guests
- Aid in daily cleaning of the pool and spa deck, fitness center, and storage area
- Cater to the needs and special requests of all owners and guests
- Oversees safety procedures at the top and bottom of the water slide
- Function alone and as an effective team member
- Perform opening and closing duties of the Forest House Pool and Fitness Center facility
- Take care, maintain, and keep the pool area and fitness center and locker rooms clean and tidy
- Keep towel inventory folded and available for guests
- Enforce pool rules in a polite and professional manner
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least one year customer service experience preferred
- Prior hospitality experience preferred
- Prior pool/spa experience preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Highly detailed orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to deal effectively and interact well with guests and associates
- Red Cross/CPR Certified (SRLP will provide training)
