Foremen, Carpenters, and Laborers
Foreman
The Foreman's function is to oversee and facilitate all aspects of on-site construction activities or projects. The Foreman will typically lead a crew of 1 to 20 persons and must have first-hand working knowledge of the elements required for execution of the various activities or projects. Involvement begins with pre-construction activities with the Superintendent and continues throughout project completion, contract closeout and warranty.
Carpenter
The Carpenter's primary responsibilities include fabricating, setting, and stripping concrete forming systems, as well as placing, pouring, repairing, and finishing concrete for heavy civil projects.
Laborer
- Performing demolition, hydro blasting, dewatering, and pump management activities.
- Assisting other skilled crafts on the project.
- Performing additional duties.
Pay Range
- Foreman: $32-43/hour base (DOE)
- Carpenter: $30-33/hour base (DOE)
- Laborer: $25-30/hour base (DOE)
Other Requirements & Details
- Qualifications: All Construction Division offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screen. In accordance with client requirements, security clearance is required and is determined based on background check results.
- Schedule: 6/10 schedule with potential for swing shift schedule.
- Compensation: Prevailing Wage + Zone Pay. Per Diem if temporarily assigned 70+ miles from residence.
