Job Summary

McMillen, Inc. is seeking immediate placement of experienced Carpenters, Laborers, and Operators for a project in Lawton, OK. The company expects additional long-term work opportunities in the Western Region.

Responsibilities

• Laborer: Perform demolition, hydro blasting, dewatering, and pump management activities. Assist other skilled crafts on the project and perform additional duties.
• Carpenter: Fabricate, set, and strip concrete forming systems, place, pour, repair, and finish concrete for heavy civil projects.
• Operator: Safely operate excavators, skid steer, loaders, and forklifts. Produce high volume quality work in a safety-conscious work environment. Work with foremen and laborers to produce quality work in high volume time-sensitive conditions. Perform work with the crew.

Requirements & Details

• Qualifications: Background check and drug screen required. Security clearance based on background check results.
• Schedule: 6/10 schedule with potential for swing shift schedule.
• Compensation: Prevailing Wage + Zone Pay. Per Diem if temporarily assigned 70+ miles from residence.
