We need to output HTML fragment with sections only, with headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the job description. All applicants are considered for employment without regard to race, color, sex, age (40 and above), religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status or any other protected status where otherwise qualified. We need to remove EEO boilerplate and any legal statements. Also remove Reasonable Accommodations Statement? That's a legal statement; likely considered boilerplate. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should remove Reasonable Accommodations Statement and the EEO statement at the end. Also maybe "Chain Electric Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." is EEO boilerplate; remove. We need to keep substantive content: Job Summary, Essential Job Functions (list), Basic Qualifications (list), Desired Skills & Experience (list). Possibly also "Requirements" heading? The posting includes "Requirements ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:" then list. So we could have a section "Responsibilities" (or "Essential Job Functions") with list. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can map: Job Summary -> About the role (or maybe "Job Summary" but we can use About the role). Responsibilities -> essential job functions. Requirements -> maybe "Requirements" but we have Basic Qualifications and Desired Skills & Experience; we could combine into Qualifications and Skills sections. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have sections: About the role (Job Summary), Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions), Qualifications (Basic Qualifications), Skills (Desired Skills & Experience). Avoid Pay, Schedule, Benefits as not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. Good. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include each bullet point from Essential Job Functions, Basic Qualifications, Desired Skills & Experience exactly as given (maybe rephrase? but must preserve detail; we can keep as list items). Ensure we don't lose any. Let's extract each. Job Summary sentence: "The Foreman of a crew is responsible for overseeing the construction, maintenance and operation of electrical systems, to ensure assigned projects are completed in accordance with design, budget, schedule and safety considerations." We'll put that in

under About the role. Essential Job Functions list: each sentence starting with a verb.
